Your Security and Privacy Are Important

It’s very important to us that you are able to safely make online donations to Amabile Choirs of London, Canada. That’s why we use CanadaHelps as our online funding partner. They are experienced in ensuring donors security and privacy are protected.  When the vulnerability of OpenSSL was discovered, we instantly turned to CanadaHelps to ensure that your information is safe.

Here’s what they said:

The security of our CanadaHelps Donors and Charity partners is of the utmost importance to us.

We wanted to take a moment to address how the team at CanadaHelps rapidly responded in light of the April 7th disclosure of CVE-2014-0160, better known as Heartbleed, a security vulnerability that impacted nearly all service providers on the Internet.

What did CanadaHelps do about it?
CanadaHelps’ Chief Technology Officer and Web Operations Team immediately completed a comprehensive security review as a direct response to the situation. We stopped using the impacted software, and while there was no evidence that our https certificate was compromised, we prudently replaced it anyway.

Feel confident in the security of your gifts to us. You can donate 24/7 online by clicking right here.

Thank You To Our Volunteers!

This is National Volunteer Week and on behalf of the Amabile family, we wanted to express our heart-felt  Thanks and deepest appreciation and admiration for the hundreds of volunteers – past and present, who have helped to build, shape, mould our singers into the world-class vocal powerhouse known around the world as “Amabile”!

TY 10

Those two words just don’t seem like they’re enough, but here goes: From our parents who volunteer at every rehearsal & concert to organize choristers & music; who organize tours, dress choristers, move risers, take tickets, sell CDs and clean-up afterwards, to our choir executives, conductors & artistic staff and Board of Directors, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
