Thank You! Thank You!We wanted to say Thank You to the many contributors to the Amabile Choirs’ “Sing Your Song” campaign, which raised over $7,100 to help fund the CD project! Thanks also to over 300 people who ‘Shared” the story of our CD project and fund-raising campaign!
RECORDING UPDATE:
We are currently finishing the mastering process of the 16 works that the choirs recorded in April. Work also continues on the artwork on the cover and insert!
We are still aiming at a January launch of this 100% Canadian CD, as a celebration of Canada’s 150th birthday – and available coast-to-coast through Canadian Music Centre’s Centredisc label! 
This project has had incredible support and we are also planning to produce two discs: one as a CD and the second in 5.1 surround sound Pure Audio Blu Ray – it’ll be the first choral disc in Canada in Pure Audio Blu Ray and playable on any Blu Ray player for an amazing listening experience!
This also marks the first time we have combined so many new initiatives into one CD project: Recording with our six touring choirs on one disc; producing the insert in both official languages; distributing the physical discs through a record companyi to ensure availability right across Canada; partnering with Geoff Warder and Fanshawe College’s Music Industry Arts program, and distributing both a physical disc and digital audio online.
