The Amabile Choirs of London, Canada is about to record and release 16 amazing works on the Canadian Music Centre label. This 100% Canadian recording of never-before commercially released choral works will be recorded this spring in the pristine acoustics of the Chapel at Windemere on the Mount, London, Ontario.

Once the mastering of the recording is completed by recording engineer, Geoff Warder, we’ll share one of the tracks with all of our champions. All 16 tracks were composed by renowned Canadian composer and former Amabile Choirs’ Composer-in-Residence, Matthew Emery. Emery’s music has been published by no fewer than a dozen international publishing houses and later this spring, several of his new compositions will be premiered at the White House in Washington, DC. Having studied with Canadian giants, Stephen Chatman and Christos Hatzis; and combined with years of choral excellence as a result of his involvement in the Amabile Choirs, “SING YOUR SONG” reflects a composition portfolio that spans various choral genres, forms and idioms.
Emery’s choral music is evocative of varied moods, experiences, influences from across Canada the world, and heartfelt melodies. You won’t want to miss being a part of this opportunity.
