In anticipation of JUNO Week coming to London in March 2019, Heritage Fair will turn up the volume on London’s musical past. Join the London Heritage Council and London Public Library on Saturday, February 16, 2019 for “Oldies but Goodies – London’s Music Heritage,” a one-day celebration of music in the Forest City.
We had a wonderful day today participating in London Heritage Council’s Heritage Fair 2019: Oldies but Goodies – London’s Music Heritage! Our Junior Amabile Singers and our Treble Concert Choir had an open rehearsal this morning in Wolf Performance Hall and sounded beautiful before heading over to Exodus London Escape Rooms for a fun-filled afternoon! We were so happy to partake in such a unique event to celebrate London’s vast musical heritage in preparation for the JUNOs in March.
Thank you to all our choristers who came out bright and early on a Saturday morning and to conductors Jackie Norman, Wendy Landon, Don Sills, and all the choir staff who came with them today! Thank you to all our volunteers who also came out today to help with our Amabile Choirs community booth! And a special thank you to the London Heritage Council for having us and for putting on a great event!
