Saidat Rocks “Reason To Sing” Presentation

The Amabile Girls and Women have been hearing from a series of women, who have graciously shared their words and stories, in “A Reason To Sing” speaker series, as a prelude to “A Song For Our Sisters” benefit concert this weekend.

This past Tuesday night, anti-bullying Rap artist Saidat rocked the room.

Here’s what Saidat wrote on her Facebook wall: I had such a pleasure to speak with young girls who are changing lives.”A Song For Our Sisters” A benefit concert for BECAUSE I AM A GIRL & Brescia Girls Lead. This moving evening of music presented by girls, about girls, for girls will take place on Sunday, November 3rd, 2013 at the Grand Theatre, London Ontario. Curtain time is 7:00 pm. We have 2 tickets to give away for a mom and a daughter that would love to go to the event.
